Bladerunner was based off of the book _Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep_ written by Philip K. Dick, who also wrote the short story "Minority Report," which was also turned into a movie with Tom Cruise, who starred with Val Kilmer in Top Gun. Val Kilmer went on to play Batman, which was originally played by Michael Keaton, who was Beetlejuice. Kevin Bacon was in A Few Good Men with Tom Cruise.
