I feel like this was both a love letter to Teyla and a love letter to Los Angeles, and both aspects were moving and gorgeous. Teyla working in the Sunset Mel's had me actually tearing up. And ECHO PARK, omg, and the atmosphere of this-- the beach, the warmth of sun on skin and through dresses? It was all just so gorgeous. They deserved this peace, I think.
A lot of little details that stood out-- some of them are ridiculously small but made the entire thing just feel *perfect*.
--Kavanah, snotty music reporter, in the baby!version of the band! <3 --Teyla saving John from bullies as small children. --Teyla breaking that plate to try to provoke her father out of his quiet, and then finding a completely different peace for herself. --Teyla wearing her hair very, very long.

Just, this is incredible. Thank you.
