Yeah, I think Stargate fandoms are pretty slashy, perhaps by nature of both teams being 75% male and thus pushing the dynamic in a m/m direction. Plus, from what I've seen, none of the female characters is very interesting.

Personally, I'm very happy shipping Sheppard/McKay, although I do find myself in the unique position of having a slash OTP for the first time in a TV fandom. Because as much as I flirted with slash in the Jossverse, my previous OTPs have all been het: Mulder/Scully, Buffy/Spike, Wesley/Lilah. So I'm growing as a pervert person, I guess. ;-)

But I'll let you know if I run into any good het. Part of me would just like to see McKay get laid. *eg*
