No because how he said it, it sounded like he was saying, "You shouldn't have come because it was a trap." Anna trusts Castiel and thinks he is on her side, so if he were to call her to him, she wouldn't think it was a trap. I'm pretty sure it is.

Why, do you not like the idea of Dean receiving Anna's grace? I'm not being judgmental or whatever, just curious because I know some people wouldn't like that. Even I am iffy on it but I think they'll be able to pull it off.
