Oh, yes, sorry! Olive oil is wonderful stuff, and so versatile! Just a drizzle to moisten the chicken, and if you want, you can also add some thyme, rosemary, sage and basil. Those are all pretty inexpensive herbs, but they add sooooo much flavoring to any dish.
