Kali and Loki as District 13! Michael wearing John Winchester- did NOT see that coming! Oh god, so many many excellent parts in this chapter. Overall I really loved this story. And the changes you made (the Angels running the games as a perverse way to continue punish humans for the mess they made) in the Hunger Games 'verse make a lot of sense. I had been wondering why the kids weren't receiving their little balloons full of goodies, why they hadn't bothered with the publicity tours, and your explanation was just perfect.
