Thank you, I'm so glad you liked the story! I definitely agree that dæmons are one of the greatest inventions in all of fiction--huge props to Pullman, there--and I, too, have played the "what would my dæmon be?" game. (Without ever coming up with a satisfactory answer--being me, I have not perspective on me. *g*) So I'm relieved you liked what I chose for the SGA characters. ;-)

And for the record, I totally think that Caldwell's daemon should be a kimodo dragon
