Oh, this is totally totally wow. You've really got the writing to sound like HDM, and not just the dialogue, but with the inclusion of larger philosophical thoughts and themes (which, I think, it would be impossible to have daemons and not go there, or at least, it wouldn't be fulfilling whatsoever).

And at the same time, it's totally SGA, with Ronan on the other side of the curtain, and good and decent Zelenka being able to tell Rodney when he's wrong.

It's interesting how John's vulnerabilities somehow seem more obvious when he has a daemon, even though she doesn't really show them, herself. And oh, when she became a snake and not a bird....oh, my heart.
