Was the food good? Despite the no-sushi thing, that is.

It was okay. I mean, they had some good soba dishes and stuff, but none of my favorite things: no sushi, no tempura, no kushi, limited teriyaki, no plain miso. I think I'm spoiled, living so close to Little Tokyo back in L.A.

And I don't understand why they wear uncomfortable "fashionable" clothes all the time, and watch East Enders every night, and want to spend an hour every morning doing their makeup and hair.
