Um, they're eel. No, don't run away! Come back, I swear they don't bite!

Ahem. But yeah, eel with avocado on the outside so they look shiny and green--hence, caterpillar. And they're really, really good--like California rolls but better because the eel is more flavorful than the crab or faux crab. I worship really like them, and I'm not adventurous about food at all.
