OMG, okay...um, OMG...see...so anyway, I just read Daemonology so I could read this prequel and OMFG. I am just over the f-ing moon I loved it so much. I honestly never was into the whole what's-my-daemon, what's-your-daemon, what's-my-first-grade-teacher-or-favorite-fictional-character's-daemon game back when I read HDM, so I admit to a fair bit of skepticism when I started reading, but it was almost completely forgotten within paragraphs. You so sold me. I'm going to go to bed now and think about Nioke and Tyk until I fall asleep. ::loves::
