who, I swear to God, looks like the secret love child of Jason Momoa and Orlando Bloom. He's got the Ronon dreads but he's kind of babyfaced and the combination is just...hee.
Take (and post) photos! You know you want to! *g*
Important! Who its by + who for
Oh, man, I hate that. One of our lecturers scatters SPaG errors heavily throughout his Powerpoints, and I have to look steadfastly away from the screen the whole time... I just can't see past them, you know?
Basically, I have a somewhat outrageous sci-fi premise, and I need to make it sound scientifically plausible--not actually scientifically plausible, but I'm aiming for at least the level of plausibility as most of the stuff they spit out on the show. (Not a very high aim, from what I've been told.)
If you don't get any Real Scientists responding (which I'm sure you will), I might be able to help. My degree covered an astonishing number of things, at times *g*
Oh, also - random bit of meta about science on Atlantis, mostly biology. There's some interesting discussion there, IIRC.
re: poll - I like John and Rodney pretty much any way they come (sic). I think of them as being equals in the relationship, pretty much, and I kind of expect that to involve them trading off, though I know it doesn't exactly correlate. I find it hard to imagine one of them refusing to bottom, though, because that's a kind of power and security thing that I don't see them getting into.
I still feel bad for Beryl, though! :)
Oh, and Rodney. Totally. I mean, John is pretty, but Rodney... *melts a little*
Did I tell you about the "Marry, Shag, Cliff" round where someone gave me Radek, Rodney and John? I was so upset about having to throw my poor Radek off the cliff *g*
