Oooooh! More Human Vacillation! Lovely. I still think the character makes more sense if you think of this as his backstory.

And to tell you how shallow I am, I read this:

Rodney’s not sure when he realizes that Sheppard would go down with her.

and seriously, totally thought it stopped at "when he realizes that Sheppard would go down."

Which is a story that somebody needs to write.
