I GOT A JOB! I GOT THE JOB!

I wasn't supposed to hear until tomorrow, but they called me today! I got it! Starting tomorrow, I am the Junior Editor (capitalization makes it seem more important) at a relatively well-known magazine about the entertainment industry. I am both a) thrilled, and b) absolutely terrified. I hope I can be good at this. I really want to be good at this.

Anyway, I am now officially employed! I've worked in some capacity since the 6th grade, but this is my first real job. I can't believe it!

I don't really know what to say. *flails a bit*

Oh, God. Does this make me an adult?

THAT'S SO AWESOME! Well done, yay! That's totally terrifying, but such a testament to your awesomeness. :)

And as for your question - hell no. Well, maybe, but definitely not a Grown Up. That'd just be wrong, dude.

I am so not ready to be a grown up. I'll settle for not getting fired my first week. Or at least not until after my health insurance kicks in. *g*
