At any rate, Trin, the one thought that eventually made me comfortable with driving was this: no matter how awkward you feel behind the wheel, there's always someone out there who is oh-my-god-what-is-he-doing!?! worse. That person will never get better at it, unlike you. And he hasn't hit anything yet today!
