Artist: [livejournal.com profile] aesc
Pairing: Dean/Castiel
Rating: R
Word Count: ~34,000

Summary: When Sam Campbell is chosen as a tribute for the Games—an annual fight to the death between twenty-four of New Eden's unlucky children—his older brother Dean volunteers to take his place. Notes: I am indebted, first and foremost, to Suzanne Collins, whose wonderful young adult series inspired this story. [livejournal.com profile] fishandcustard listened very patiently while I ironed out early ideas for this adaptation, and bribed me with macarons; [livejournal.com profile] bauble worked clean-up shift and helped fix many of the story's lingering problems. [livejournal.com profile] siriaeve knows she is always my first and best soundingboard. And the amazing [livejournal.com profile] aesc—artist, writer, and jumpin' Jupiter, road buddy extraordinaire—inspired me with her beautiful work and was invaluable in shaping the final product. Thank you all so much!

Title: Immigrant Song
Author: [livejournal.com profile] trinityofone
Artist: [livejournal.com profile] alchemise
Pairing: Dean/Castiel
Rating: NC-17
Spoilers: Goes AU after 5x21
Length: ~47,000 words
Warnings: Brief Dean/OFC, Cas/OFC, and Sam/OFC (not the same OFC); Anna/OMC (I know that's a deal-breaker for a lot of people...); Chuck/Becky; and Gabriel flirting with everyone. Temporary genderfuck. Crossdressing. Rimming. Lesbian nuns. Reckless driving. Lots of fun stuff!
Summary: A hypothetical season six in which Dean, Sam, and a newly-fallen Castiel encounter vengeful gods, secret societies, a box of dangerous magical artifacts, and something they're all going to pretend wasn't actually faeries. Meanwhile, Dean suffers a sexuality crisis, and Castiel has a secret that could change everything.

Title: Strike Me Down and I'll Become More Powerful Than You Can Possibly Imagine
Pairing: Dean/Castiel
Rating: PG-13
Spoilers/Warnings: Through 5x22. Also, a bit of a Good Omens crossover crept in. What can I say, Aziraphale is sneaky!
Length: ~11,000 words
Notes/Prompt: Written for [livejournal.com profile] an_ardent_rain in [livejournal.com profile] castielfest. The request was for something inspired by Rush's “Time Stand Still.” I listened to that darn thing 56 times during the writing of this story. Thanks, now I like a Rush song. *g* I also threw some wing stuff and some BAMF!Cas in there, because those are always good. Many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] aesc, [livejournal.com profile] radiobroadcast, [livejournal.com profile] siriaeve, and [livejournal.com profile] x_shorty1013_x for all their help and encouragement!
Summary: Dean shoves his hands in his pockets and glares at Cas. “What's this 'business' that's so important it required you yanking me up here for seven minutes in Heaven?”

“We're going to try to rescue your brother,” Castiel says calmly. “It will almost certainly take longer than seven minutes.”

Hey, I'm not dead! And I return bearing fic—Bobby/Crowley fic! JUST WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED!

Title: A Bargain (The Best I Ever Had)
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Bobby/Crowley
Spoilers: Through 5x22
Warnings: Dub-con
Length: ~1,400 words
Summary: A response to a [livejournal.com profile] blindfold_spn prompt: Lilith told Sam that to seal a deal with her would require more than a kiss. What if the same were true for Crowley as well, and tongue isn't the only thing Bobby needed to use? Bonus points if a weird, consensual relationship ensues.

I vented at poor [livejournal.com profile] tracy_loo_who about last night's SPN season finale, and I think that's all I'm gonna manage to say on the subject. The rest of my issues I'm going to have to work out through fic, which is more fun for everyone, I think. And pornier.

Speaking of, the reveals for [livejournal.com profile] deancastiel's Renegade Angels III went up earlier this week. I wrote two stories:

Title: If on a winter's night a fangirl
Pairings: Dean/Castiel & Chuck/Becky
Rating: R
Warnings: Crackishness; about the usual amount of blasphemy
Spoilers: Through 5x09
Length: ~12,300 words
Summary: “Chuck,” Becky said, slowly and carefully and very, very seriously. “I think someone is trying to communicate with us through the fanfic.”
Notes: For [livejournal.com profile] alek_sandros. In writing this story I owe many thanks to my betas, [livejournal.com profile] siriaeve and [livejournal.com profile] aesc, and deep apologies to Italo Calvino.

If on a winter's night a fangirl

Title: Creature of Habit
Pairing: Dean/Castiel
Rating: PG-13
Spoilers: Through 5x13
Length: ~5,500 words
Summary: The more you love someone, the more you want to kill them. Or: How Cas developed some bad habits, and Dean coped surprisingly well.
Notes: For [livejournal.com profile] misslucyjane, who asked for Dean and Castiel lying on the hood of the Impala at night, talking. Many thanks to my infinitely patient and wise betas, [livejournal.com profile] aesc, [livejournal.com profile] bauble, [livejournal.com profile] radiobroadcast, and [livejournal.com profile] siriaeve!

Creature of Habit

And while I'm pimping things out, I guess I'll use this space to remind everyone that I have a Twitter! That I am actually using now! It's mostly fannish stuff, book stuff, and random celebrity sightings. In other words, what this LJ would be if I ever actually updated it. *blush*

Wow. That was...quite a thing.

Seriously, though, it was great. I tweeted about it a lot here, which will have to do in place of a proper write-up because I have no brain left and I just want to lie on my couch and read The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest and think about having made eye contact with various people. Anyway, I really have nothing to add beyond, "OMG, why did all the merchandise suck?" (seriously, this post could easily be titled "I went to Creation's Supernatural Con and all I got was this lousy Star Trek mug"), and the important to reiterate fact that [livejournal.com profile] radiobroadcast, [livejournal.com profile] cacklebang, [livejournal.com profile] katmaxwell, [livejournal.com profile] poor_choices, and [livejournal.com profile] flightsofangels (briefly! hi!) are AWESOME.

ETA: If you want me to elaborate on anything specific, though, I'd be happy to do that. Though my answers may all devolve into "Misha/Jensen/whoever is preeeeetty."

In other news, [livejournal.com profile] bauble posted an interview with me (which is really more like a fun conversation between the two of us) that she did for [livejournal.com profile] rec_hymenated here. Feel free to ask questions! Now that I am back and not wandering around the LAX Marriott, I actually intend to answer them!

All right, so I ate a piece of pie (pecan, for the record) and decided to cheer myself up by writing some crackfic. Hence:

Title: L Is For the Way You Look at Me
Rating: G
Genre: Crack! Starring Castiel, Dean, Sam, Crowley, Lucifer, two police officers, and a pigeon.
Spoilers: Through 5x14
Length: ~900 words
Summary: Castiel comes up with a new plan to defeat Lucifer. The pigeon is incidental.
Note: I L-O-V-E my betas, [livejournal.com profile] aesc and [livejournal.com profile] siriaeve!
