Teyla smiled a bit at this—so clumsy and yet oddly heartfelt. Which was actually a fairly good, if not immediately apparent, description of him in general. It really is. I want to tuck those five words away and just ponder them for a while because it really captures what’s most lovable and frustrating about Rodney all at once.
*jaw drops* You took away Radek’s ability to back talk Rodney in Czech? I am utterly flabbergasted. And a little sad for Radek…but oh is that SO Rodney. He wouldn’t learn a smattering of Czech, just figure out how to tinker with the translators.
*delighted, contented sigh* Oh the missteps and missed meanings…I love it when the happy ending is earned. Or I guess in this case hopeful ending.
If you really feel like you absolutely owe me porn, I’m not going to stop you, but I am content imagining the day Teyla and Rodney have their word swap about all the things two people can do together while not wearing much – because there are quite a few things that can really only be demonstrated. :P
