Oh, wow. This is just fabulous and fascinating and all things wonderful. Like you, I've been glaring hard at Ashes to Ashes and waiting for it all to collide with Life on Mars, but just ended up feeling teased and disappointed. So seeing this, with its own wonderful explanation for Gene's gradual sense of withdrawl in 1981 and the return of Sam and, omg, the Missus as another time traveller? It's *exactly* what I wish the show would have done.
I sure hope this is updating soon, because I think I'm officially hooked.
