I agree with this very much. We still have Anna, but I just kinda hoped that Ruby would've been on the good side. Or at least on Sam's side, or hell (pun not inteded :D), maybe she thought she was. Meaning she clearly wanted Sam to be rewarded, not cast aside as someone who's done their duty. Maybe she loved him in her twisted little demonic way.

Hmm.. my first thought was that Castiel will fall. That that'll be his punishment for helping Dean.
