Wonderful, wonderful fic! I have so much love for you right now. The absolute best thing in Pullman's trilogy is the idea of Daemons, and what a cool idea to use it for the SGA people. I loved everything about this fic, from the short little paragraphs and lyricism, to the names and forms of everyone's daemons. It's a beautiful piece. I read your response to an earlier comment about how you chose the animal form for each person's daemon (spot on for each, btw, but esp John), but I'd also like to know how you decided on their names, because even they seemed so perfectly appropriate.
