I see the aggressive women trend, but I hate the idea that John is just so passive that he won't go after anything (anyone) he wants, but when someone comes after him, he's all like, "Um. Okay!"
(Now I've got this scene in my head:
Rodney: *sarcastic* Well, you'll just sleep with anyone who asks, won't you? While you're at it, do you want to sleep with me, hm? John: Um. Okay! Rodney: *flabbergasted* What? That's it? That's all it takes? John: I said okay, Rodney. Feel free to sex me any time now. Rodney: Um. Okay? Sex: *ensues*)
But, um, yeah. I also remain confused. Are we really supposed to think that he goes for casual sex only? That he's a commitment-phobe? What is this, a Friends episode? That is just so...lame.
We must come up with a better theory! We must, we must!
