This is just gloriously sci-fi and sexy to boot. You really get the desperation in Rodney (and John) across so well, by the end I was aching for it too. And of course, I read this right after my Queer Theory class, today's discussion being on homosexual paranoia and it's manifestations in today's society, so every word of this rang horrifyingly true.
