Wow. I ... I'm not quite sure how to respond to this, or deal with the disquieting feeling it produces. The metaphor of the trojan horse is one that's going to linger, and Atlantis being afraid of John, instead of welcoming. I'm still not sure I get it, entirely, but I'm pretty happy about rereading it to figure it out.
