You know what's funny? I think what's interesting is that in that story, I'm not really borrowing any more than I necessarily would have from something else; it's the way it's presented. What the story really is, and the way I should have presented it, is First Monday/Black Death fused with Don't Get Too Comfortable; it's really Julian Lodge/David Rakoff with Nyles (who's pretty cypher like 'cause Black Death sucked) standing in for Rakoff. It's all very self-indulgent.
