I started this story ages ago—last Easter, in fact, which I know because I was visiting [livejournal.com profile] siriaeve at the time—and it was supposed to be for [livejournal.com profile] sga_flashfic's Not Happening Challenge, but I missed the deadline by, like, a lot. It's finally, finally finished now—just in time for Amnesty! (Although now I'm a bit worried that everyone will be too busy with Yultide to care.)

Anyway.

Title: You're Pretty Good Looking (For a Girl)
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: McKay/Sheppard
Length: ~13,300 words
Spoilers: Mostly written before S3, but now contains a few minor spoilers through 'The Game'
Warnings: Bodyswap, genderfuck, hetsex—it's a trifecta of sin!
Summary: Rodney crossed his arms under his breasts. "Well, this is stupid. And typical. Both my opportunities for hot gay sex and hot heterosexual sex are ruined!"
A/N: My intense gratitude to [livejournal.com profile] siriaeve, who helped me with this story from last Easter, when I was rambling on about the plot while lying in her sister's bed (note: said sister was not actually in said bed at the time), to this past Sunday, when I e-mailed her with the query, "Wanna beta 13,000 words of genderfuck? Oh, and Merry Christmas Eve!"

In other news, I'm flying to Indiana tomorrow to visit [livejournal.com profile] randomeliza. I am going to freeze my ass off, but at least I'll have an excuse to wear my Doc Martens again. I'll be back after the first of the year...and can you believe that 2006 is almost over? I can't. It's really freaking me out.

Tiny favor to ask: a couple days ago, somebody rec'd a PotC fic, Sparrow/Norrington. It wasn't a Yultide fic, it was six parts on someone's LJ, and I opened it to another tab which I then lost when my computer crashed. I couldn't find it again by looking through my history...anybody have any idea what it might be? Thanks.

I'm feeling really nervous today. I hope it isn't airplane-related anxiety. *bites nails*

Hee! Just like everyone in the US, then. ;)

Indy is about 2-3 hrs south of where I am. We're practically in Michigan.

American: as a nation, OBSESSED with Indiana! I imagine this can be a bit embarrassing at times.

(Of course, you're talking to someone who lived in Vermont and who has honestly been asked, "That's a state?" MORE THAN ONCE.)

I wish I could plot some way for us to meet up. I have no idea what Eliza and I are going to be doing, though, aside from throwing a kickass New Year's party.

Hmm... well, I'm going to be in Chicago for NYE, but I might be able to get away on Saturday? I guess it really depends on what you guys have planned.

Nothing really planned on Saturday, except at night when my best friend gets back from China and we will show Trin the wonder that is Steak 'N' Shake.

The Cookies and Cream milkshake with the gigantic chocolate cookie you can't eat without getting crumbs everywhere! The bottomless cups of coffee for $0.99! It is truly the Midwest's gift to the universe.

beancrock.

Heh. I wrote that "beancock" first. Oh, painkillers.

Of course we do! Why, are you especially craving pancakes and sausages? We used to go there for breakfast every Friday morning my senior year in high school. Oh, the hijinks.

Actually, biscuits. I love Bob Evans biscuits, and I've only ever gotten to have them on the few occasions when we've driven across the country. I'm envious of your Friday breakfast hijinks!

Then we will totally get you some biscuits! I've never actually noticed a difference between Bob Evans biscuits and the kind I make at home. So I'll see if I can figure out what they do differently. *ponders*

Crosscountry drives are awesome. I haven't been on a road trip in aaaaages.
