The end of an era

I'm too verklempt to really write a coherent post (thank god I've got bmouse here, pouring sake down my throat), but I just wanted to say: thank you. I've met so many wonderful people through this show and through this fandom—the last few years would not have been the same without you.

The universe and the internet are both infinitely wide; I'm sure I'll see around out there.

i love your stories in sga, and i want to see more of them, but your scifi and structure is so refreshing and well built, i can't lie and say i don't look forward to seeing what you'll do in other fandoms in the future, even if i'm not actually in those fandoms.

I... I haven't even watched since the S3 hiatus, but I'm feeling rather verklempt myself. The time I spent in the SGA fandom was easily the best fannish time I ever spent. I mean, how many years later and I still have this many SGAers on my FList?

I've met so many amazing people through SGA fandom that even if I'm no longer active in it, it's still really sad to see the end of it (I'd always thought it would be around for me to get back into), and I'm really grateful for all of the wonderful friends I've made through it.
