Um, 12 isn't The Princess Bride--unless they are quoting what I am quoting, and um. I don't think they do. Dammit, now you have given me doubt!

I think 2 might be Kate and Leopold, but only because I can't think of any other movies where they timehop centuries.

...huh. I was sure that was what how the end of the wedding scene went, with Prince Humperdink saying all the vows and the priest sort of trying to follow along...now I have doubt! And as the Princess Bride continues to be The Great Oversight in my DVD collection, it's apparently going to stay that way. :)

Crap, so it's a movie with people from the future? I...maybe haven't seen any of those. Except Total Recall and for that I am sorry.

12 is The African Queen. I just saw it, like, a week ago, so I know it's in there, but you had me going, "Is it in The Princess Bride, too? Really?" I don't think it is, though, because who would be the one getting executed? Buttercup's death is supposed to be all sekrit-like.

2 is 12 Monkeys. Bruce Willis travels back from a bleak future to the late 20th Century... *loves that movie SO MUCH*

It's not in the Princess Bride, definitely, although it's similar. Humperdink says "Say it! Man and wife, man and wife!" and The Impressive Clergyman says "Man and wife", and then I think the next line is Buttercup saying "But my Westley didn't come!". There's not the line about the execution.
