No, I would totally hump Canada's leg! And poor Canada would be too polite to properly do anything about it. Kind of the like that scene in Garden State: America would be watching, cheering "Kick 'er in the balls!" and Canada would be like, "No, really, I think she's almost done." Ahh. *happy sigh*
