TV Fans--HELP!

I need help with something for work. I need to find out which returning fall shows are adding new cast members--regulars. So far I know about Autumn Reeser joining The O.C. and Alana De La Garza on Law & Order. Does anybody either:

1) Know about other new additions off the top of their head;
or 2) Know where to find out.

I've tried Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, and TV Guide with very little success, and I've done about a gazillion Google searches. I figure LJ is legitimate resource, too! You guys are way smarter than me. *g*

Anyway, please help me not get fired. Thanks.

SG1 is adding Claudia Black as a regular, right?

And I think I heard some rumors about SPN getting a new regular character. Maybe.

Sadly, we at [magazine] do not care about Stargates of any kind. *pout* I'll check out the SPN thing, though. Thanks!
