Pegasus 2

I just bought a ticket to Pegasus 2 even though 1) it's in England, 2) it's expensive, and 3) I have no idea if I will be allowed to take time off work. But siriaeve, randomeliza, and megolas are going! And I desperately want to see them, and I really, really miss Europe. Maybe I'm only freaking out about the purchase because I'm not used to really buying myself stuff or spending money not on food. (Or rent. Or, okay, books.)

In other news, I went up to Berkeley this weekend and thus am even more out of the loop than normal. What's going on? Did people like 'Progeny'? I'm tired. Can I take a nap now?

Check out the con page that was posted in the original post, and go to one of the things, like the dinner or the room party, should that happen.

I've been to one con-type event, and there were some people, like me, who talk a lot (because I'm shy, and talk to overcome that) and others who were totally shy. Everyone seemed to have a good time, though. There seemed to be a place for everyone! So, show up and sit there and groove on the vibe. It'll be worth it.
