Things NOT to tell the cops when you call to report the assholes who start blasting punk music at 3:30 in the morning:

--I'm upset because they're going to ruin The Ramones for me forever.

Actually, they usually are. We had to call 911 once for my mom and since she didn't seem to be dying on the spot, they sent firefighters.

VERY hard to keep my mind on the situation at hand after that.
