I was also very baffled, a few months ago, every time someone warned for their fics with a line like "Spoilers for season 2: Ronon is mentioned."

Um, bwuh? That is the whole spoiler, right there! What are these people thinking?

*laughs* Yeah. I mean, with something like that, it eventually has to stop being a spoiler and start becoming, you know, "this character, he exists! in canon!" But if you still think it's spoilery enough to label it (like, say, BEFORE ANY OF THE EPISODES HAVE AIRED AT ALL), label and get gone--no details!
