Very important question!
Jun. 26th, 2006 09:26 pmFirst, thank you so so much to everyone who wished me congratulations or best wishes on my new job. The first day went pretty well, although I'm mostly too zonked to write about it in detail. Suffice to say, I could do well to open a running tally:
Trin's Exciting Career in Entertainment Journalism!
DAY ONE
+Articles written about actresses and their dogs: 1
+Articles researched about Lisa Edelstein's "secret" past as a Club Kid and James St. James gal pal: 1
+Number of incoming phone calls messily fumbled: 1
+Glamorous celebrity interviews conducted: 0
But now--on to the truly important question!
What should I name Rodney's horse?
I know, I know--me and horses tend to make for a worrisome fic combo, but I'm trying my best to finish my
reel_sga fic, and as I'm adapting The Searchers, this issue cannot be avoided. So...any thoughts on the name of Rodney's equine? Or, for that matter, Cadman's?

Enjoying new job where you write about people and their dogs/people and their past club lives: Priceless.
Horse name: Brownie.
My first horse's name was Brownie. Everyone should have a horse named Brownie at some point in their childhood (or adulthood) even if that horse is not brown.
Just 'cause there's nothing funnier than riding up on a black and white horse and saying "whoah, Brownie".
'Course I also had a horse I called Alpo.
